Email hosting on your own domain, four ways
Swap a free webmail address for one like sales@yourcompany.com. Choose simple, lightweight email, everyday business email, large team mailboxes, or the full Google Workspace suite.
- Professional addresses on your domain
- Four products to match team size and tools
- Coming soon / Request on demand
Why your email address matters
A quote sent from yourcompany@gmail.com asks the customer to take your word that you're a real business. The same quote from accounts@yourcompany.com answers that question before they open it.
A domain address also stays with the business: when someone leaves, you keep their mailbox and the customer history inside it.
Which email is right for you?
All four work with your own domain, are priced per mailbox or per user, and don't need a hosting plan.

Already have hosting with us?
Our Linux hosting plans include email accounts: 5 on Starter and 20 on Business, each with 10 GB, with larger allowances on Pro and Agency. That's enough for many small businesses.
Choose a standalone email plan if:
- Your website is hosted somewhere else and you want email kept separate
- You need more mailboxes than your hosting plan includes, or mailboxes that stay put if you change hosting
- You want shared calendars, mobile apps, or Google's suite
- You have a domain but no website yet
Switching from another provider
Moving email comes down to copying your existing mail across, then updating your domain's MX records so new mail arrives in the new mailboxes.
Open a ticket and we'll help you plan the move so mail keeps arriving during the change.
What is email hosting?
Email hosting is a service that runs the mailboxes for your own domain, so you can send and receive mail at addresses like you@yourcompany.com. It handles storage, spam filtering, webmail, and the connections your phone and computer use to sync mail.
Do I need to own a domain?
Yes. Every plan uses your domain name. You can register a new one with us, transfer one in, or keep it with your current registrar and point its MX records at your new email.
Web hosting vs email hosting: do I need both?
Not always. Our hosting plans include email accounts, which is enough for many small sites. A separate email plan makes sense if your site is hosted elsewhere, you need more or bigger mailboxes, or you want features like shared calendars or Google Workspace.
Can I use my business email in Outlook, Gmail, or on my phone?
Yes. Titan, Business Email, and Enterprise Email all support IMAP, and Enterprise Email adds MAPI for Outlook. Google Workspace works through Gmail and Google's apps, and with Outlook too.
Can I switch between email products later?
Moving between email products means moving your mail, so compare storage and features before you buy. If your needs change later, open a ticket and we'll help you plan the move.
Put your business name on every email
Our standalone email plans are Coming soon / Request on demand. Tell us how many mailboxes you need and which option interests you, and we'll let you know when they go live.
