Dedicated server hosting for your heaviest workloads.
A whole server for workloads that need room to grow, with full root access when you want it. Choose a managed server if you'd rather not run it yourself.

When a VPS isn't enough
Shared hosting, cloud hosting, and VPS plans keep costs down by giving each customer a modest slice of resources. A few workloads need far more:
- Large databases that need lots of memory and fast disks to themselves
- Busy stores and platforms where every millisecond at checkout or login counts
- Many sites or services consolidated onto one server you control end to end
- Hosting businesses and agencies running dozens of client accounts under control panel and WHM
What a dedicated server gets you
Resources set aside for you
The CPU cores, memory, and storage in your configuration serve only your workloads.
Current hardware
AMD EPYC processors, DDR5 memory, and NVMe SSD storage on every configuration, so you can size databases and caches against known numbers.
Complete control
Full root access, and your choice of AlmaLinux, CentOS, Debian, Fedora, Rocky Linux, or Ubuntu. Connect over SSH, and use the server panel to start, stop, reboot, or rebuild the server.
Room to move data
Every configuration has unmetered bandwidth and two dedicated IP addresses.

No setup fee. Need more later? Move up to a larger configuration, or add storage as an add-on.
Self-managed or managed
Every server includes hardware and network support: if a component or the connection fails, that's on us. What happens inside the server depends on the option you choose.
- Self-managed: the server arrives with your chosen OS, and a control panel if you add one. You handle security, updates, monitoring, and backups. Moving accounts from another control panel server is supported.
- Managed: our server team handles setup, hardening, patching, monitoring, and tuning, and you keep root access. See exactly what's covered on our managed dedicated servers page. Managed service is coming soon; request it on demand. See managed dedicated servers
Control panel and billing. Add a control panel license for up to 5, 30, 50, or 100 accounts, and a WHMCS license if you plan to resell hosting from the server.
Protection and backups
- Backups are not automatic on a dedicated server, so plan them from day one. Off-site cloud backup is available as an add-on, priced per GB, with full or incremental backups on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Buy at least twice your disk size in backup space.
Online in minutes
Servers are provisioned automatically once payment clears, so you don't have to wait days for hardware to be prepared. Your login details arrive by email when the server is ready.
Dedicated, VPS, or cloud?
- Choose a dedicated server if you need more CPU, memory, or storage than the largest VPS, or you're consolidating many sites and clients onto one server.
- Choose a VPS if you want root access but your workload fits in 1 to 8 cores and up to 32 GB of memory. It costs less. See VPS
- Choose Cloud Hosting if you're scaling a website past shared hosting and want to add resources as traffic grows. See cloud hosting
What is a dedicated server?
A dedicated server gives one customer a large, fixed set of CPU cores, memory, and storage that no one else uses, along with full control of the operating system and software. We look after power, cooling, hardware, and the network connection.
Dedicated server vs VPS: what is the difference?
Both give you root access and your own operating system. The difference is scale. A VPS suits most custom projects. A dedicated server suits heavier workloads that need a whole machine.
Do I need a system administrator?
On a self-managed server, yes. Someone needs to handle operating system updates, security, monitoring, and backups. If you don't have that skill in-house, choose a managed dedicated server and our team handles setup, hardening, monitoring, and tuning for you. See managed dedicated servers
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up to a larger configuration, and add extra storage as an add-on. Size for the next year of growth when you order, so you upgrade less often.
Do you offer Windows dedicated servers?
The configurations on this page run Linux. For Windows Server, see our Windows dedicated servers. See Windows dedicated servers
