This policy explains when and how we issue refunds for hosting, email, server and domain services.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains when you can get money back for services bought from ResellerBytes ("we", "us" or "our"). ResellerBytes is a service brand of Diligent Creators Pvt. Ltd. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Canceling a service and getting a refund are separate. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but whether you can get a refund depends on the product, as set out below.
2. Refunds by product

3. Other cases where no refund applies
- Services suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests made after the period in section 2 has ended, for products that have one.
After a refund period ends, or for non-refundable products, you can still cancel to stop future renewals. The service stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
4. How to request a refund
- Log in to the client area at portal.resellerbytes.com.
- Submit a cancellation request for the service.
- Open a ticket with the Billing Department, include the invoice number, and say that you're requesting a refund under this policy.
For products with a 30-day period, the request must reach us within that period.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method where possible. If that isn't possible, we'll agree another method with you. We'll confirm in your ticket when the refund has been issued. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are made in US dollars, the currency our prices are charged in. We aren't responsible for differences caused by exchange rates or bank fees.
6. Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side, we'll refund the overcharge. Tell us by opening a ticket with the Billing Department.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, because most billing issues can be resolved faster through a ticket. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the related services while the dispute is open.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
