A dedicated server without the sysadmin workload
A dedicated server gives you serious capacity, but someone has to look after it: apply patches, watch the logs, tune the database, and work out why the server slowed down. If you don't have that person on your team, the server becomes a risk instead of an asset.
With managed service, our server team takes that work on. You decide what the server is for. We keep it configured, patched, and monitored.

Operating systems: AlmaLinux, CentOS, Debian, Fedora, Rocky Linux, or Ubuntu. Add a control panel license (up to 5, 30, 50, or 100 accounts) and a WHMCS license if you plan to resell hosting.

What is a managed dedicated server?
A managed dedicated server is a dedicated server where the hosting company handles server administration as well as the hardware. That covers setup, security hardening, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning, so your team can focus on the applications running on it.
Managed vs unmanaged dedicated server: what is the difference?
On a self-managed server, we look after the hardware and network, and your team handles everything inside the operating system. On a managed server, we also configure the services, keep the server patched and hardened, monitor it, and tune it. Both include full root access.
Do I still get root access on a managed server?
Yes. You keep full root access and can install your own software. Let us know about major changes you make, so the server team knows the setup they're monitoring.
Can I add managed service to a server I already have?
Yes, on any of our Linux dedicated servers. Add it from the Manage Add-ons section of your control panel.
Is managed service available on Windows servers?
Not at the moment. Managed service is available on Linux dedicated servers only. Windows dedicated servers include hardware and network support. See Windows dedicated servers
